Dera Ghazi Khan: Dera police allegedly arrested three suspects who are believed to be active militants of banned outfits but the police said their links would be disclosed only after thorough interrogation.
On certain reports, CIA police raided a house at Dareeshak Town, adjacent to Fareedi Bazaar here Monday afternoon and took into custody three suspects Saim Fahad, Rehman and Ishaq belonging to Karachi and Dera Ghazi Khan.
A source in the police told the media that the arrests have been made after identification of alleged terrorists arrested from Ali Pur and Uch Shareef a couple of days earlier. Police also recovered laptop, maps of the sensitive installations and some other documents from their custody.
DPO Dera Ghazi Khan Ghulam Mubashar Maikan told the media that police could not confirm their affiliation with the banned outfits before investigation.
