LAHORE:Punjab Highway Police arrested 27 criminals and recovered 1,500kg meat of dead animals and Copper Wire worth Rs150,000. PHP arrested Liaqat Ali, Tariq, Mazhar Iqbal and Arshad and recovered 1,500kg meat of dead animals from their possession. PHP arrested Safdar Ali, Ghulam Tasawar, Safdar and Aurang Zaib and recovered stolen Copper Wire worth Rs150,000 from their possession.
PHP arrested Abid Hussain, Shahzad, Zawaer, Khalid Pervaiz, Shakeel, Shahid Khan and Mehboob and recovered 76litre liquor from their possession, arrested a proclaimed offender Rahat Habib who was wanted by Moch police station. PHP arrested Zahid Abbas, Amanullah, Tahir and Iftikhar Ali and recovered weapons from their possession, arrested Altaf Hussain and Abdullah and recovered drugs from their possession.
PHP also recovered miscellaneous items of general store valuing Rs20,000 from two persons Hafizullah and Azam.
