DERA GHAZI KHAN: Police raided an illegal telephone exchange in the vicinity of the city police station and arrested an accused while his two accomplices managed to flee here on Wednesday.
District Police Officer Ghulam Mubashir Maiken told reporters that Farid Husain was arrested from a house in Block 51 while his accomplices -- Musa and Esa -- managed to escape. The DPO said the police recovered scores of illegal SIMs and the equipment used in running the illegal gateway exchange.
Police have registered a case against the accused under the cyber crime.
