Psychological counselling of police

GUJRAT: The Punjab government will launch the psychological profiling of policemen from constable to senior police officers in every district of the province in the wake of the Rawalpindi incident in which two brothers were shot dead by police at a picket.
 
The Gujrat police have also prepared a plan to get the psychological counselling of all the police force done which will start from June 15 and continue for month.
 
The police have asked the district government to make psychiatrists available with the health department for conducting the profiling exercise at the police station level.
 
At least 4,000 policemen, including constables, head-constables, upper subordinates and subordinates, will be given the counselling.
