PHP recovered a snatched truck loaded with vessels worth Rs 600,000 and two bikes after encounter.
On getting information about snatching of a truck from Jhang, PHP chased and found the truck parked at a filling station. On seeing the police, the culprits fled. Police recovered vessels worth Rs 600,000 from truck and called owner of the truck for identification of the vehicle. Meanwhile, PHP seized a motorbike and weapons from the outlaws. Police attempted to stop the culprits at a picket, but culprits opened fire. Police also opened fire in retaliation. Meanwhile, they left motorcycle there and managed to escape. Police also arrested two thieves Ali Hassan and Allah Ditta and recovered valuables from their possession.
