LAHORE police claimed to have arrested two persons involved in the incident of Old Anarkali bomb explosion.
Police sources said a team of CIA arrested them in a raid conducted on their hideout in the limits of Johar Town police station. They were identified as Sardar and Abdullah.
Police claimed that both persons belonging to a defunct organisation were involved in Old Anarkali bomb explosion incident. Police also seized explosive material and weapons from their possession. Police said that explosive material seized from their possession looked like the explosive material used in the Anarkali Food Street incident.
Meanwhile, Racecourse police arrested a cell phone snatcher and recovered a cell phone and illicit pistol from his possession.
The arrested accused was identified as Anees.
