LAHORE, April 21: Police on Sunday arrested 23 criminals and registered 18 cases against them.
According to official sources, police conducted raids at 90 places and arrested 14 drug pushers, nine gamblers and recovered 210 litres of liquor, two kg hashish and 270 gm heroin.
They said police would continue search operation against criminals, terrorists and anti-state elements daily to ensure peaceful elections.
During the search operation, police checked 766 suspects. — APP
