RAWALPINDI: The violators of traffic rules in the city may face tough time as City Police Officer (CPO) Bilal Siddique Kamyana has directed the traffic police wardens to penalize the violators without bowing before any pressure.
He, however, directed the wardens to be polite with the road users and public because providing security and facilitating the public was the top most priority of the police.
"Traffic police is face of any country and it should be clean like mirror," said the CPO while addressing Traffic Wardens Darbar held at Police Line here on Thursday.
Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Syed Ishtiaq Hussain Shah, Senior Traffic Officer (STO) Syed Haseeb Shah, DSPs of all circles and sector incharges besides large number of wardens attended the Darbar.–Staff Reporter
