HAFIZABAD: City police recovered a 13-year-old disabled boy from the general bus stand.
Mumtaz, a resident of Khushab, had allegedly kidnapped Abid Ali, from Jaranwala about two months ago.
On Sunday, Abid’s relative saw him begging along with Mumtaz. He immediately informed police, who rushed to the spot and arrested Mumtaz and recovered Abid from his custody.
