Police arrested the alleged persons, confession of accused.
According to DPO Sheikhupura Jahanzeb Nazeer, Shakeel Ahmad s/o Allah Ditta resident of Chak no 378 GB Jaranwala in Sheikhupura submitted an application that his two children one three year old Tauheed and the other two year old Khadeeja went to a shop at 9pm but did not come back, upon which father of children Shakeel Ahmad submitted an application at local police station of Bhikhi and Police lodged his case no 793/18 u/s 364/PPC and started searching the children.
During investigation, Police got information that close relatives of Shakeel Ahmad killed the children. Police arrested the accused and started investigation. After investigation, the accused persons confessed that they killed the children and floated the dead bodies in the canal. Both accused are under custody and Police have recovered the dead bodies from canal Bangla on identification of local people.
