LAHORE: Three police teams have been constituted to hunt down two suspected criminals who shot dead a Dolphin Squad man on Sunday.

The capital city police officer (CCPO) formed the teams with officials from the Crime Investigation Agency (CIA), operations and investigation wings to arrest the criminals.

During investigation, police managed to get a picture of one of the suspects from a CCTV camera installed near the spot where Dolphin Squad official Mohsin was targeted.

The teams were collecting information about the suspects from jails and the crime record branch of the Lahore police.

Deputy Inspector General (Operations) Rai Babar Saeed said police were clueless about the hideouts of the criminals. However, he said, efforts had been intensified by extending scope of the investigation to trace and arrest them.
