CHAKWAL: Police seized a huge quantity of explosives and arrested an accused during a raid on a godown of a fireworks factory on Sunday. The police on a tip-off launched crackdown at fireworks factory’s godown located in Samanabad area of Chakwal. During the operation 122 kilogrammes of explosives was seized and an accused was arrested while others managed to escape. The police took the recovered explosives into possession and shifted the nabbed accused to police station where he was being interrogated further.
