CHAKWAL: A four-year-old child, who was kidnapped a week ago, was recovered from the custody of three kidnappers, who were also arrested by the city police.
According to the police, three kidnappers kidnapped the child on February 27 from Gulistan Town locality of Chakwal city.
The kidnappers demanded a ransom of Rs1,200,000.
District Police Officer Dr Moeen Masood constituted a team and directed it to immediately recover the child and arrest the kidnappers.
The police team, led by SHO Zaraat Baloch, arrested the three kidnappers and recovered the victim from their custody.
The police also seized various weapons from their custody.
