MUZAFFARGARH, Nov 4: The district administration has completed all arrangements for the security of mourning processions in Muharram.
DSP city Malik Bashir Awan said that there would be 546 processions and 1260 majalis in the four tehsils of the district.
A crisis management cell and a control room have been established to work round the clock.
