MUZAFFARGARH: Police have registered a case against 36 people in connection with Basti Allah Rakha wani case and arrested 10 suspects.
According to FIR, ‘Gh’ had an alleged affair with ‘R’, daughter of ‘I.’ The girl’s relatives had called a Punchayat on Jan 30 and its head Ghulam Akbar decided to subject nine-year-old ‘N’ to wani with brother of the girl.
Seetpur SHO Abid Shareef said police had registered the case under Child Act 324/506(B), 148, 149 on Feb 3 on the complaint of Sub-Inspector Abdul Shakoor. He said they had arrested 10 people from both sides.
