LAHORE – A grand operation against hardened criminals has been launched across Sheikhupura police region comprising Nankana, Sheikhupura and Kasur districts with massive crackdown on the most wanted criminals.
Police sources said that the grand operation had been intensified against proclaimed offenders, land grabbers and gangsters involved in heinous crimes including killings, kidnappings for ransom and armed robberies.
The police in the above-mentioned districts have successfully picked many most wanted criminals during the operation, launched on the orders of Regional Police Officer Sheikhupura DIG Zulfikar Cheema. The districts police officers, DSPs and SHOs were also present on this occasion. Officials said that RPO Sheikhupura ordered the police to launch afresh crackdown against the criminals with full force in all the three districts.
