SARGODHA - The police claimed to have unearthed a fake fertilizer factory here in Bhalwal the other day.The police received information that some culprits were running the illegal business of manufacturing and selling counterfeit fertilizer and drugs in a factory at Chak 7 Mahale Wala. Acting on the information, a Bhalwal Police team led by SHO Saqlain Shah raided the place and arrested Ghous Muhammad, son of Dost Muhammad and his son Azhar red-handed filling bags with counterfeit fertilizers. Whereas their accomplices managed to escape from the scene.The police also recovered 200 bags of counterfeit fertilizer, 1500 gram hashish, 50 liquor bottles, a Kalashnikov, a 7-MM rifle, a 12-bore gun and a large number of bullets from the spot. The police registered cases against the accused.
