CHAKWAL - City police Chakwal booked twelve persons who illegally occupied land of the brothers of ex-justice of the Lahore high court. Ahsan Raza Pasha told the police that he owned land near Tatral road and when he was coming to his land he found that accused Mohammad Ali along with eleven other armed persons was ploughing the land with tractor. He said that when Muhammad Ali was asked to take out tractor from the land then he pointed pistol towards him and threatened of dire consequences. He said that he is the real owner of the land in the record of revenue department and various courts’ decisions were also in his favour. Sub inspector Nazar Hayat registered the case and started investigation.
