MULTAN: Police on Wednesday sealed an industrial unit in Basti Maswaana for allegedly producing toxic liquor. Police said Muhammad Hanif, one of the owners, and the chief administrative officer had been arrested. His two other partners escaped. Police said more than 2,000 litres of liquor had been seized. They said the liquor was to be sold on Eid in rural areas.
