247 polling stations declared ‘highly sensitive’

SAHIWAL - While evaluating security for elections, RPO Sahabzada Shehzad Sultan declared 247 of total 2,995 polling stations to be set up in Sahiwal Division as ‘highly sensitive’.
 
He was talking to the local mediamen after assuming his office here the other day.
 
He said that 75 A-category, 435 B-category and 632C-category polling station were in Sahiwal district.
 
Similarly, he said, 99 A-category, 362-B category and 703 C-category polling stations were in District Okara while 73 A-category, 211-B category and 405-C category polling stations were in Pakpattan district.
 
Of the total 2,995 polling stations in the division, he said that 247 were A-category, 1,008 B-category and 1,740 polling stations were of C-category.
 
He said that the police would maintain neutrality during the upcoming elections, adding that candidates and the masses would be provided elaborated security during the campaign and public meetings.
