Police claimed on Thursday to have arrested 25 outlaws, including 14 proclaimed offenders, in district Multan. According to the police, Muhammad Nawaz, Yousuf, Younus, Muhammad Mehmood, Maqsood Ahmad, Aashiq, Muhammad Yousuf, Wajahat Hussain, Bashir Ahmad, Sarfraz, Irshad, Zafar Iqbal, Muhammad Saleem and Hanif were arrested.
Police also apprehended six drug peddlers and an illegal weapon holder with 66 liters of liquor, 190 grams of hashish, one pistol and two rounds. Meanwhile, the police also arrested five others with fireworks. Separate cases have been registered against the accused.
