Police need to work with new zeal: CCPO

LAHORE: NEWLY inducted CCPO Lahore Muhammad Amlish said the current law and order, crimes and terrorism required Lahore police to work with new passion and determination to control crimes and arrest criminals.

He said we have to renew our resolution on Friday (observed as a day of tolerance) that Lahore police will perform duties, considering as religious obligation.

The CCPO said that Lahore police have always maintained its record as Trendsetter by facing every kind of challenges, and they would overcome criminals and miscreants.

The CCPO also ordered the DIG Operations and DIG Investigations to stop aggressive campaign against unregistered bikes for one week and continue it later.

He said that one week will be given to the citizens for getting their bikes and cars registered after purchase. He said that action will be taken against violators.
