SIALKOT: Daska circle police have arrested two most wanted extortionists.
DPO Muhammad Gohar Nafees told newsmen on Monday that Zaigham Abbas and Qader Ahmed ran a well organized and inter-provincial gang of extortionists called Yasir Gang.
He said the accused had shelled the house of a Daska base jeweler with rockets some eight years ago for refusing to pay ransom.
He said the gang was involved in more than two dozen cases of extortion and murders. He said the remaining members of the gang would be arrested soon.
