Lahore: The city police rounded up 11 criminals including proclaimed offenders during separate raids in different localities of the city on Monday and recovered arms and drugs from their possession.
Police sources said crackdowns were launched against criminals in different areas of the city including Liaquatabad police station jurisdiction during which 11 criminals were arrested. The police claimed to have recovered huge quantity of drugs and arms from the possession of detained culprits.
The detainees included proclaimed offenders and they were wanted by police in various cases of robberies, street crimes, drugs paddling, keeping illegal arms and other crimes.
Separate cases were registered against the accused at concerned police stations and further investigations are in progress.
