JHELUM–The DCO along with DPO checked arrangements for routes of main processions of Aushra-e-Muharram here on Tuesday.
DCO Mirza Mehmoodul Hassan, DPO Tayyab Hafeez Cheema, EDOs along with dozens of police officers marched from Shandar Chowk to Bilal Town for checking all the routes of the Muharram processions.
These officers checked all security points from Imamibargah Civil Lines to Imambargah near Bilal Town.
DPO Tayyab Hafeez Cheema while addressing the police officers and other district government officials claimed that district police made foolproof security measures to maintain the law and order during Muharram.
