RAWALPINDI - Joint Investigation Team (JIT) of police nabbed another killer involved in brutal murder of six members of a family on domestic dispute at Gulistan Colony within the limits of Police Station Civil Line.
The murder accused namely Jahangir son of Yaqoob was arrested during a raid conducted by the JIT within the jurisdiction of PS Morgah, informed police spokesman Inspector Raja Fayyaz here on Friday.
According to him, the JIT, comprised DSP Civil Line Malik Tariq Mehboob, SHOs PS Morgah and Airport along with heavy contingent of police, on a tip off, conducted a raid at Morgah and apprehended the killer Jahangir.
The accused was shifted to PS Civil Line whereas police would produce him before a court of law to get his physical remand today (Saturday), Raja Fayyaz added.
