BUREWALA: City police booked two candidates for violating the ECP code of conduct here on Sunday.
Police booked Ayesha Nazir Jatt, independent candidate for NA-167, for using a loudspeaker during her election campaign at Yaqoob Abad on Chichawatni Road.
In the second incident, the police registered a case against Ch Usman Ahmad Warraich, independent candidate for PP-233, and his supporter Mansha Rehmani of Rehmatabad for using a loudspeaker and fire crackers during a corner meeting.
