LAHORE (APP) - Gulberg police smashed a dacoit gang and arrested its two members, and recovered 10 motorcycles besides illegal weapons.
During preliminary interrogation, gangsters confessed 22 incidents of vehicle snatching in different areas of the City.
A special police, led by SPO Gulberg, smashed Abbasi dacoit gang and arrested Massarat Abbas and his accomplice Noorul Hassan. Meanwhile, the Factory Area police arrested two drug pushers and recovered one kg heroin and 60 litre of liquor. On a tip off, police arrested the accused with contraband worth thousands of rupees.
The arrested were identified as Tariq Dogar and Babar Butt. Police have registered cases against them.
