LAHORE: CCPO Lahore Aslam Tareen has said that anti-riot course for retired army men inducted into Police Department has been commenced.
While inspecting the training exercise at the Police Lines Qila Gujar Singh on Wednesday, he said that the anti-riot course was being conducted to prepare the army men to meet untoward incidents and demonstrations despite the fact that they were well trained.
The army men will be deployed right after the completion of their course he added.
