LAHORE: Punjab police conducted 383 raids at the hideouts of drug dealers across the province, including Lahore, during the last 24 hours. The police arrested 253 drug dealers and recovered 216 kg of charas, 1/2 kg of ice, 2 kg of heroin, 33 kg of opium, and 2,804 liters of alcohol from their possession. Punjab police carried out 2,437 raids at the dens of drug dealers, registered 1,102 cases, and arrested 1,484 drug pushers during the last 24 days.
