The provincial police department yesterday decided to upgrade its website in a bid to share criminals’ data with the public.
According to a police spokeswoman, the decision was taken during a high-level meeting held under the chairmanship of Punjab Inspector General of Police Mushtaq Ahmad Sukhera at the Central Police Office yesterday. Senior officers including DIG Shahid Hanif, Agha Yousaf, AIG Waqar Abbasi, Waqas-ul-Hassan, Hussain Habib Imtiaz and Humayun Bashir Tarar were also present in the meeting.
