Shahdara police arrested a robber after a brief encounter on Wednesday.
Police said that officials of Muhafiz Squad signaled two suspected bike riders to stop on New Ravi Bridge who tried to ride away from the scene by firing shots at the police. However, police managed to arrest one of them who was later identified as Rashid.
